we need to find someone to help us pay for our septic tank to be pumped out, because the landlord won't do nothing. She wants the rent but not fix nothing in the house or yard and i am on SSI and social security not making much and we just had it pumped out in august and it needs to be pumped out again. we been conserving on water as much as possible.

I am 14 years old 5' 7" a contact hitter but can also hit the ball pretty far, usually hit the ball to left center, and hits with a 32 29. Right now I use the 08 stealth stiff flex, I like it but it is a little too top heavy. I have heard from many people that the stealth will not last long. I am looking for a bat that has a light feel with a thinner handle than the stealth and good pop that will last long and is preferrably a comp. I don't care what the bat looks like or sounds like. On my high school team we have a 08 steath comp stiff flex and a 08 stiff flex but it's a 34 31, a 08 rawlings gold rush which is overrated in my opinion, 07 tpx dynasty, and 08 omaha are probably our best bats. We have an 07 exo which wore out very quickly, we got it towards the end of last season, and it has already lost its pop. Some of the less popular bats that I have heard are good are: demarini cf3, combat virus, easton quantum, and the tpx catalyst. Please put the bat and why I should get it.

Hi guys, I have a long rectangular shaped living room. Both couches are suede, one red the other sand. My curtains are black. From both couches you can see wall length bookshelves which I painted red (a little brighter than the couch unfortunately) I want a really nice lamp for the corner between the two couches. Stressed with school...?

I just can't stand it anymore. I used to be decent with everything, but now that the work load is getting worse, everything seems to be falling apart. I'm a junior in high school and, honestly, I have no time for anything. I try to organize my schedule, it doesn't work. I get to school usually an hour early every day for rehearsals and whatever else. I usually have 2-3 hours of homework every day, not including any projects that I have due. As much as I study for my history cl, I can't retain any of the information, and I'm just not doing well in that cl. I don't usually get home until, at the earliest, 6:00 in the afternoon, and, not too rarely, 8:00 at night. At that time, I have to handle all of my homework, which takes me until about 10:00 or 11:00 every night. After that, I use my 'free time' to try to memorize the music that I have to know usually within a week or so. Right now, I have to learn 5 pieces, one for snare, one for toms+cowbell+b+cymbal, and 3 for another instrument. At the same time, I have to completely memorize a piece that is the hardest music I've ever played in my life. On top of that, I have to learn all new drum rudiments and all new things on my other instrument, which isn't any easier. And ON TOP OF THAT, I have to worry about trying to stay in shape because of something I need to do over the summer, which I'm not exactly ready for. Then I, at 17, have to try to fit in all the time that I can (usually not much) for chilling with friends. I have no time to have a girlfriend (doesn't work, I've tried. They just get angry that you 'don't want to spend time with them'...well...I don't have the time to spend...anyway...). I have no time for a job. I can't even find the time to learn to drive (which I can, but I need to improve a bit...). And even then, I have to take care of stuff around the house and do all of those kinds of things. Honestly, I don't know what to do about it. I mean, some of the stuff is fun if it's in my free time. But when I don't have time for something, how can it be fun to work it into my schedule? I like drumline, but when it gets in the way of everything else, how could I be expected to do well at it, and why should I be required to attend? Does anybody have any tips on how to work all of this into some kind of schedule...I mean, I just can't do it. Right now, I'm seriously not doing some of my homework (11:01 pm and still at it) so that I can write this message. I'm just pissed that I can't seem to find any free time. I can't get a life. I don't get to really be a teenager. I don't have the time. Anyone have any advice? And for those of you who'll tell me to, I'm not dropping band...

Okay, I know there are the two types of guys: the typical "Bad-***" and the "Nerdy-sweet" guy. But your boyfriend seems to be both. This is NOT a healthy relationship, its extreamilly bad. About 4 days ago, I started getting pains in my stomach after I would eat. It felt like gas pains. On the 4th day, I went to a restaurant & ate salad and a bowl of minestrone soup for lunch. I felt some pain after that. Then I ordered Tai food (garlic shrimp) for dinner. The pain started again and became more severe throughout the night. The pain was constant & it kept me up half the night. I woke up to go to work and I couldn't get myself together because the pain was severe and I also became nauseus. I tried to vomit and nothing would come up, only a little saliva. I tried pepto bismol and I just vomited that up. Throughout the day I kept running to the bathroom to vomit. My stomach lining feels very bloated and painful to the touch. It's the second day and the constant pain subsided, but I still have the bloated soreness in my stomach. I'm able to eat, but this pain is annoying. I never had diarrhea or anything. Does anyone know what this could be?

Was it a horrible thing to tell my mom that I was d?

Need To Sleep While On Meth?

i just did meth for the first time...yeah i was regretting it 20 minutes after i smoked it because i was already craving more. ive had like 50 hits of meth in like last 30 hours and i need to sleep..i can still tell im pretty speedy but i started to come down and it was horrrrrrible feeling so i've still been smoking it just so i haven't had to come down. it'd be great to know what i can buy from a like convenient store that would put me to sleep. i know nyquil would do it but im not sure how nyquil affects reacts with that of meth..(couldn't find no information on those 2 drugs together) websites pretty much said the best ways were like benzo's and klonopin. mostly benzo's. i also can't get ahold of alcohol atm, also im a lightweight so id probably get a hell hangover from 2 shots of jack. if any 1 has any information of taking nyquil while on meth..please tell that's 1 of the very few options open to me. i don't exactly feel bad, but i know im sleep deprived and i can imagine how much better id feel if i slept..cus been up 2-3 days. oh and last but not least, i wouldn't do this drug again if someone payed me 200 bucks for it. lol that's how much i wanna stay away from it after this experience. er pls answer fast cus...i'm just anxious to know i also wanna get sleep asap b4 i start to come down

How long should I be on a BR tax code for?

I have just received notice from the Inland Revenue that I owe nearly �8,000 for years 08-09 and 09-10. Apparently this is because I have been on a BR tax code for all that time. I started my current job in Jan 07, shortly after which I gave my employer a P45. I had been a higher rate tax payer in the job before this - so can't understand why this has happened. I checked with payroll and they don't have a copy of the P45 I gave them, and I can't find my copy now. They did check on the system though and they do think that they did have a P45 from me though because by the second month they paid me they have figures for previous employment. I don't have two jobs, and I just can't understand how I can have been left on this code for so long (and because of this I now seem to owe a large sum of money). It would seem to me that either my employer or the Revenue should have put me on a proper coding. How should I proceed from here?

My question is this: if I grab a chair and pull on it, my weight offsets the weight of the chair and allows, with the help of my shoes and the traction to the ground created by friction, me to pull the chair, but only to the point that my legs or shows give way mainly due to the weight. Hello. My husbands stepmothers father is in the hospital. He had two anurisum. They were able to stop one but they cant find the other and it continues to bleed. He is not in good condition at all. His brain is dieing and his blood pressure is droping plus He has a machine breathing for him. Im not a doctor or anything but i know my medical stuff because of my mother. They have told the docs to revive him if he stops breathing or his heart stops. I have a big problem with that. The guy will never be his self. He wont beable to breath on his own or anything. I have be trying to stay positvie but its hard when you know what is happening. How can I talk to them about this and get them to under stand that hes not going to get anybetter and that he wouldnt want to be on meachines. It hurts me to say this. It really does. I just dont want to see him put through this.

My husband stopped going down on me...?

We're married for 1 1/2 yrs and together for almost 3. I had a baby in December last year. Almost 34 weeks Pregnant?

I have version 8.1 of Pinnacle Software's program (I got it with an old copy of Video Editing for Dummies), and have used it once. However, now the opening screen positions itself above the top of the computer screen, so that the program's top is inaccessible, and cannot be "grabbed" and moved downward. Is there any way to move the opening screen downward when one cannot reach the task bar? (I still am unfamiliar with the names of each of the bars. My 2 Female cats are hissing at each other?

I have 2 female cats, they are both 3 years old. Last night they started hissing at each other. They were fine in the day, but at about 8;45 P.M. they went ballistic and ones tail got really puffy and started hissing at the other really violently. What would be causing mildew or mold to be growing on the inside of the toilet where the top of the water is?

We went on vacation for a week and there was black mildew/mold looking stuff growing inside the toilet bowl at the top of the water level. I cleaned the bowl before we left and cleaned it when we got back. Two days later the black stuff is back. I cleaned with Lysol with Bleach toilet bowl cleaner and dropped one of those blue Two Thousand flushes in the tank. Two days later it is back. This stuff is only in one of the toilets and is driving me nuts because I can't keep it from coming back. What causes it and is there anything I can use to keep it from coming back? We aren't not flushing the toilet or anything. I would think, if any place, it would be in my 3.5yr old toilet but it isnt. It has me baffled.

Without using any emulation software or a GUI, I'm looking to be able to specify a start/end frame or MB marker as a range and have output to a VOB file. This person comes around me everyday and I think they may be shooting up either oxy or coke. There were 2 needle holes or that is what it looked like to me anyway on there arm where you can bend it and also 2 on there hand on the top of it. You can see that there is a vien there too. I ask them about it and they said that I was crazy that that is a discrase but yet they hang out with some one that does shoot up. I hear that you are supposed to if you can shoot up closer to your heart. But this person does not want me to find out if they are shooting up. I understand where you are coming from as I hear people make comments that are extremely general in content which always prove to be false. You can never say "all" of this or "all" of that do this....However, I know its easy to attempt to make an argument based on generalities vs specifics. I know many people don't like Glenn Beck on FOX. However, in almost every case I hear them attack him, and NOT what he states. Why? Because Beck shows videos of the person in question making his/her beliefs known, or reads their own quotes. So people take an emotional stand and attack him. We see this everywhere. In stead of ACTUALLY doing a little research, they throw out broad, generalistic comments. The same naive reactions occur in words spoken during speeches. People should know by now politicians tell people what they want to hear. Case in point, how many times have we heard Obama say one thing and shortly there after reverse stand. Latest was the Mosque speech and reversal the next day. It appears many take the easy way out, believe what they are told, and never stop to see the entire picture. This will be one of the primary reason we may LOSE the America we all know. Sure, it will still be AMERICA, but so much of what was originally given to us will be gone.

Why does my fish keep dying?

Ive come to wits end in dealing with my hair. Once stepping out of the shower, it dries into this frizzy, and curly mess, and in order to make it look nice, i MUST straighten my hair each time it comes in contact with water. otherwise, i have that unmanageable and unattractive mess. I just had court today over my child and she has lived with me for 4 years, the mother wanted her back after giving her to me in 2006. I had a note signed by her saying that she let my daughter live with me i was listed as the primary in all school and other doents. on feb 27 2009 was victim of company downsizing and have been on unemployment since. well the mother unemployed and doing internship at hospital throuh draughn junior college and her husband is on unemployment. but the judge ruled that she could have my daughter based on the fact that i was unemployed. I work in Asia. When I applied for life insurance in the U.S. right before leaving my premium skyrocketed when they heard I'd be working in Asia as a teacher. I'm a U.S. citizen. 3rd trimester, woke up queasy?

Have some equestrian sports crossed the line?

With the death of Eight Belles and numerous other horse sports tragedies that have occurred recently i truly believe that some horse sports have gotten downright dangerous. In my opinion, cross country fences have become outrageously dangerous. Think about it- your galloping your horse at a 4'6" jump with a four foot spread, and its not coming down if you hit it. Why do it? The risk isnt worth the cost. Too many talented horses are dying because we keep raising the bar. When is it enough? Why are rachorses pushed to race at 2? For gods sake thats like telling a child to run a marathon. Horses trust us. They do what we tell them to because they love us. Its an insult to their trust to ask them to perform in things that have such a high chance of hurting them. I love racing, i love eventing, and i love showjumping. I am taking my wife to vegas for her 21st. We are arriving july 4th and staying 4 nights. I bought a used Weedeater push lawnmower and used it for the first time yesterday. It's been raining for a few days so the gr was a little damp but the gr was extremely long and I live next door to my landlord so i had to get it done. OK, I've been trying to get a divorce from my abusive husband for 6 months. I just went to a child support hearing with my lawyer on Friday and the judge said I am certainly owed support, but she has no jurisdiction because the father is in OK and I'm in FL. She said the interstate unit of the Child Support Enforcement agency is supposed to handle my case. The problem is, they aren't. I opened a case with them almost 11 months ago, and they still haven't given me a file number or attempted to find this deadbeat at all. Ive recently been kinda studying the origins, dialects, histories, etc., of a handful of languages, which have some pretty highly-differing dialects throughout the country of which that language the dialect is from is official. Lets take Dutch for example: If, by chance, a man from Friesland, a northern province of the Netherlands, were to encounter another from Limburg, a far southern province, both of which speaking two different dialects as opposed to the large majority who stick with the official Dutch language, could one mans dialect differ from the others to such a majority they couldn't understand or speak to each other? Because not everyone in the Netherlands speaks Dutch. As goes for any other country with such differing dialects throughout, would the inability to communicate be a possibility?

well if i wanted to cure cancer i would have to do one thing and only one thing. you see the main key is to FIND the genes that control cell growth because obviously those are the genetic mutations that cause cancer. once we find those genes we can mutate their nucleic acid sequence you know guanine cytosine adenine and thymine. if we can construct something like a cancer but it doesent mutate the genes for growth to a point where it over produces itself but it mutates it by slowing down the production of cells to where it is normal. now the reason it cannot be repaired by our bodys is because it has the molecules on the out side of the infected cell is different. now if we could construct something that could react with the molecules of an infected cell instead of a healthy cell witch is basicly what were doing because the cancer cell has different molecules than normal then we could basicly attack bad cells and leave normal cells alone fighting cancer with cancer but the cancer were using is a good cancer that mutates good and reacts with molecules with bad cells instead of good cells and there you go the cure all right here i want to propose my idea to the researchers so i can get in on this to and one day do this and end the cancer peril. god bless the ones with cancer and please leave nice coments and please have faith in god on this idea. please i know that this is 100% cure for cancer. thankyou steve duran jr.

I was a legal secretary at one time. I find the only way to get the best, quickest response is to actually go & talk to him. This way no paperwork can be claimed "misplaced" or an email not received, & you'd be looking at him face to face. You are disappointed in his end of things not being expedited as you expected. Especially coming from the one who referred him in the first place. Attorneys are very "independant" type people, & in order to get them moving on things you need to bug the living day lites out of them. He kept giving him time, more time, didn't want to bug him, but I told him to keep on him, drive him crazy so to speak & that's the ONLY way he would get any response out of him. After he started calling him twice a wk., he finally got a court date set & all has been finally settled. You cannot "be nice" to them as this w/only get you "lost" in their system & they w/keep putting you at the bottom of the pile because you are not hounding them like the others who get things done as they should be. Sad to say, they truly are a breed of their own. Get mad, get mean, get on him & tell him you WANT ANSWERS...Tell him this has been going on far too long & you need it settled once & for all. He w/work w/your "ex's" atty. & also get him moving. Enuf is enuf. You can't continue to be Ms. Nice Guy so to speak. See if this helps. But in all honesty to you, another atty. is just going to do the same thing, I feel. This is just from my experience w/working w/them. Wean off prednisone after 5 day use?

i was prescribed prednisone (40 mg a day) for only 5 days because of a allergic reaction to penicillin. my doc said i could actually just stop taking it as soon as the rashes cleared up, he said probably 3 days or so. i have been reading a lot on the internet about needing to wean off prednisone due to nasty side effects. is only 5 days(or less) of prednisone warranted a weaning process? my doc never said a thing about weaning, i am uming since i only will be taking it for a short period of time. anyone ever take predinsone? or knows someone who has? did you have to wean off of it if you were on it for a short period? thanks

What would you do about this situation?

I have seen the same guy at the same park two times already. One time I was watching the guy as he sit across from me and my grand baby while she was playing in the park. Well this guy acted suspicious and it bothered me at the time. Since he was sitting across from me at the park I noticed him of course. I thought he was acting strange. But I didn't want to make anything of it. But then like twenty minutes later I hear a fire truck come flying up to the park. Someone in the park had obviously set a fire or dropped a cigarette and it started a fire so the foreman had to come and put the fire out. I walked over and looked, left the scene and didn't tell the fireman about the strange man in the park due to the fact I didn't see him start a fire or anything. He was just acting strange to me that day. Ok another day me and my grand baby are in the park again. Well this time the same guy is on a bicycle. As I was watching my grand baby play in the park then this same guy comes out of no where and is on a bicycle and rides almost up to my grand baby and almost hits her. He missed her but scared her so bad that she started screaming. I ran to her and held her to calm her down. You could still see the marks on the concrete where this guy slid and missed my grand baby before he rode out of the park really fast on his bike. I had no time to say anything to him about the bike incident. I am concerned that this guy has a problem and I'm not sure why he seems to be addressing it toward me and my grand baby. Another thing happened as well someone tried to steal one of my daughters bikes she had on her front porch like literally a day before the bike incident. Would you be concerned or not. I have decided to call the police if he ever gets near my granddaughter again with his bicycle. I just don't know if the police want to be bothered with such little incidents. Although I don't want to take any chances with this person because he seems to have my attention now and it's not good when he messed with my Grand baby! Thanks for your answers!

Does any one know about an ailment causing pressure build up in head and a possible cure?

My spouse is ailing for many years in spite of visiting several doctors. The problem is when the patient lies down to sleep there is a gradual (takes about 10 minutes) internal pressure build up that hurts in the head at the point of contact with the pillow. This compels the patient to shift the head to a different position. Once the head position is shifted the hurt and pressure is relieved for some time and after a while the pressure build up and the hurt starts at the new point of contact with the pillow. This cycle of pressure build up at continually changing points of contact with the pillow prevents the patient from naturally sleeping most portion of the night. This pressure build up is not present when the patient sits up and rests the head against a cushion or while standing. Obviously the patient cannot sleep in these positions. Several MRIs of the head & neck are taken. They have not revealed any abnormality. The frustrating thing is that none of the doctors including a few neurology specialists have not heard of such symptoms and as such have not been able to prescribe a cure. Some one prescribed sleeping tablets Clozopan which gives some sleep of 3-4 hours during night but causes the person to be uncomfortably drowsy through the day! Unfortunately, this medication has listed a whole lot of side effects that is causing anxiety about continuous use. Can some one please help with a medical name for this ailment and a possible cure even if it is an alternative medicine? Thank you very very much for a serious answer.

Any Sarcoid treatments that work?

My thoroughbred gelding has developed numerous sarcoids over the years, they are mainly up in his groin, a couple pea size ones on his sheath. AS he's getting older, they are growing quicker. The past two years have seen ones he's had for about 6 years double in size. Weather? Diet? I've had him to the Vet (vet school near Edinburgh) numerous times for treatment with liverpool cream and whatever else they do and they just keep coming back. Some do nothing once they appear, others have grown and dropped off, a couple have grown very large and ulcerated/weeped and then shrivelled up and dropped off after time. None of them have a stalk to put a tie around unfortunately, all are under the skin on a fixed base. They are the bane of my life! I know they will be the end of him one day, probably quite soon, but if there are any suggestions out there to keep them under control, and avoid more trips to the vet they would be much appreciated! My vet said not to bother with that Camrosa stuff, I've heard garlic does something to them so he gets tons of garlic everyday and garlic puree rubbed on them too! Which is good in the summer.
