How long until I feel better? Sinus Infection?

So I got sick with a sinus infection on sunday and I went to the doctor on tuesday morning. He put me on a Z pack and ive felt a bit better but not well enough to go to school. How long until I feel better? I've been taking day and nyquil every 4 hours or so too....
