How is it ok to gloat over the dead hanged body of a man, no matter what he's done?

so many others have commited as bad or worse things...there are many bad people in this world, yes saddam did terrible things but don't you feel it's a bit primitive and barbaric to print pictures of his dead hanged body in the papers?
