How to buy a new golf stand bag?

I want a new golf bag because the straps on my current golf bag are not long enough for me to put my arms through even though i adjusted it to max length. I'm looking at Rockbottomgolf.com and the bags say like 6 or 14 dividers is that the holes where the clubs go through? I currently have 11 golf clubs.
