Who win: Sonic vs Ratchet?

Ratchet can shoot people and things. Sonic can run and has a Super Sonic form. Hmm...tricky one...I have absolutely no idea. Ratchet could go grab a heat seaker to blow Sonic, but that depends, since Sonic can pretty much outrun everything. And Ratchet could just trip Sonic and then shoot him. Maybe Ratchet if that's the case. Otherwise, I think Sonic would run circles around him, being too fast to catch and beating up Ratchet at the same time. I mean, he beats Eggman's robots all the time, why not Ratchet? I guess it all depends on the situation...
