Question for women ages 21-30?

I am curious, as sort of a survey, to have women rate by level of importance what traits in man they find most important, throwing in a few "hoton issues". So tell me, what do you think about the following: Overall Appearance, Job, Income, sensitivity (gentlemanlyness?), sense of humor, intelligence, "size of manhood" (lol, had to do it), religion, cutural awareness, or having similar hobbies as you. How do you rank them (and why)...curious fella wants to know!!!
