My cousin keeps touching me?

OK, so the other day he came to my house with his mom and others. He wanted a cd that my bro gave to him but he couldn't find it. So he asked me but i had no idea where it was. Then he came to my room and kept asking "find it for me, find it for me". I said "sorry, but i don't know where it is". Then he started touching my leg, and my & i said "HELLO?!?, can you not touch me thanks". then he was like " oh you know im just playing". then he does it again and i was sitting on my bed and i was wearing boy cargo's and i tied it so it won't fall and he untied it and i yelled at him. and he held my hand saying can you find the cd. i got mad and told him i dont know where it is. He also talks soo much things i really don't care about. i dont know what to do.
