Who has to pay for the plumbing issue, me or the mobile home park owners?

It is the responsibility of the mobile home park not you. Doent any and all communication with this matter. Also doent any calls, notes, correspondence, and make sure you keep all original bills from the plumber. The park will have to reimburse you for the plumber, repair the problem and could get into legal trouble.
