Travel northern italy, suggestions?

If you are in Milan, you have to see a small city called Bergamo, 1 hour by train north of Milan. I am guessing the same amount of time by car. The mountains are so beautiful, and you'll see the old city on top of the hill so magical. Go there, you'll love it. Venice is a more of a boat ride.... but am sure cars get there, I was there 2 weeks ago but I flew in and we took the water bus. I saw cars in some areas. Enjoy your travel!
