A few questions about subwoofers and what some of that stuff means...?

I dont know alot about subs but i do know some and these that you have you probably wont hear outside of your car very well let alone down the street. They will probably sound ok in your car though. Most anything under 1000 Watt Peak power is not going to be very loud to anyone besides you. If you are looking for something that really pounds look for something in the 1500-2000 Max and around 750-1000 watt rms range. But like i said i dont know alot so if anyone else can help more here....feel free.
